• Please be aware to register with the correct spelling of your full name as you wish to be displayed on your certificate
• Reprint/shipping of a certificate will cost $20 USD
• If you sign up within two weeks of the seminar date and would like a printed certificate, it will cost $20 USD (as we will have to send it out after the seminar). If you prefer a digital copy instead, we will provide one for free.
• Please make sure that you are registering with ONE email address that is active. If you already have an FAS account, please register using that email address.
• Please save info@functionalanatomyseminars.com for receiving emails
• Please make sure you receive your username and password and save it to access the videos/sections
• When registering make sure everything is spelled correctly -NAME, EMAIL

NOTE: Please arrange for your own cancellation insurance. In the event that a seminar is cancelled due to but not limited to a scheduling issue, host-issue or geo-political issue, Functional Anatomy Seminars will refund or credit your attendance fee BUT WILL NOT compensate for any flights, accommodation or days missed from work.
