2026 MTS Summit IV: FRS SPEED (ATHENS, GR) - LIVE SEMINAR
Description:
Friday: 12pm - 5pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 5pm
Sunday: 8:30am - 5pm
(Must complete an FRS course prior to attending)
Join us for an international weekend of all-new lectures, practical breakouts, and community connection led by Dr. Andreo Spina and the FRS Team.
Speed is not just mechanics.
Speed is a biological output.
Every step, cut, throw, strike, and change of direction depends on the tissues that produce, absorb, and transmit force at speed.
After two decades inside elite sport environments, Dr. Spina brings a perspective shaped by repeated exposure to the demands, constraints, and performance problems faced at the highest levels. His work has included consultation with more than 50 high-performance organizations across MLB, NHL, NFL, NBA, MLS, combat sports, and dozens of NCAA Division I programs.
At this year’s Summit, we’ll examine the internal capacities that make speed possible:
• Elastic energy storage and release
• Force–time characteristics
• Positional strength and velocity expression
• Tissue-specific loading strategies
• Rotational dynamics, linear velocity, and high-speed contraction
This is not another speed-drill weekend.
It is a deep dive into the biological structures that determine whether speed can actually emerge — and whether it can be expressed, repeated, and sustained when it matters.
Build capacity. Produce speed.
