WAITING LIST: 2019 FRS Summit: Advanced Linear Loading Strategies (Costa Mesa, California)
Description:
Join us in Costa Mesa, California this May and explore Advanced Linear Loading Strategies. We will dive much deeper into the linear progressions of the system including PAILs/RAILs, PALs/RALs, End-Range Training and the vast expanse of science and practical application of creating load-based interventions to push microevolution.
Here are some of the key-note topics that we’ll discuss:
- The FRS Laws of Linear vs. Rotational inputs
- Neurological vs. Architectural Adaptation
- The Propagation of Force through Bioflow
- The Concept of Entropy and Energy Dispersal as it applies to Load Application
- A Review of Literature regarding FRS Loading Strategies (Passive, Isometric, Progressive loading, Regressive loading)
- And Introducing End Range Training– Cultivating Deeper Capacities through Physiological Adaptation of End Ranges.
- The weekend will include incredible lectures given by Dr. Andreo Spina, Dr. Michael Chivers, Dr. John Saratsiotis and Dewey Nielson. In addition, there will be practical training sessions that will provide a greater depth to your understanding of Functional Range Systems. Further to the positive feedback you’ve read about in our Mastermind Group about last year’s Summit – our 2019 Summit will present 3 days of new lecture material that will not be covered in any other seminars.
In addition to our lectures, we will also offer regular Kinstretch Classes, we have some amazing social events planned over the course of the weekend and our Saturday night dinner party! Don’t worry – the weekend will not all be indoors!
The Summit will be held Friday May 31, 2019 – Sunday June 2, 2019 in Costa Mesa, California at Innovative Results.
Note: You must be FR or FRC Certified to attend the Summit
