“Sometimes a shift in perspective creates an entirely new reality.” – Dr. Andreo A. Spina
Since its inception, Functional Range Systems has challenged the status quo by offering logical, reinterpretations of the scientific literature regarding human optimization. From redefining the practice of manual medicine, to reorganizing our understanding and assessment of human capacity, to evolving our understanding of movement and mobility development, FRS has changed not only what we think, but how we think.
Join the FRS team as we turn our lens to the development and practice of training for strength and once again offer a complete reinterpretation of its meaning, goals, and execution.
Over 10 Hours of New Lecture Material in advance of the live seminar. Over 50 New Reference/Programming Videos will be available after the seminar.
The Functional Range Systems Internal Strength Model® is a new certification course. Attendees MUST FIRST complete their FRC® certification and it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that attendees have also completed FRA® and have watched both the CARs: Advanced Interpretation + Application and the Advanced Linear Loading Strategies webinars.
Upon successful completion of the seminar and exam, you will be certified as a Functional Range Strength Coach (FRSC®).
Note: Presently, the University is not requiring guests to be vaccinated against COVID-19. That said, if you are unvaccinated please administer your own rapid-test 48 hours prior to the seminar and if positive, contact us and we will get you into a seminar at a later date.
