This summit is for anyone looking to level up and truly master the FRS system. The weekend will be focused on the practical applications of Functional Range Conditioning®, Functional Range Release®, Functional Range Assessment®, FRS Internal Strength Model®, and Kinstretch®. ⁣

Complete with lectures, practical break-outs, group training sessions, workshops, and athlete case studies you will learn how FRS instructors assess, treat, pre-habilitate, rehabilitate, program, and train their clients using the system. ⁣

Enjoy a fun filled and informative weekend including fun extracurricular activities and our always entertaining Saturday night social event and much, much more.

Must have completed at least one FRS course to attend.⁣
