These 2-day certifications seminars are designed for both Fitness & Health Professionals and include lectures, as well as active practice in a gym setting. Note that although the active practice component will involve practice/performance of FRC® principles, the certification seminars are not simply training seminars. Their purpose rather is to teach participants how to apply/integrate FRC® into exercise programs.
